When can I purchase tickets for Lifestyles Activities events?
Tickets go on sale in the Ballroom the first working day of the month before the event takes place. For example, if you would like to purchase tickets for an event taking place in June, tickets sales will be held the first business day of May.  Following the initial ticket sale, tickets will be available in the Activities office (located above the Bistro).  Tickets will remain on sale up to 3 (three) days before the event date or until they are sold out.

What is the process to purchase tickets?
Ticket forms are availble to print from SolivitaHOA.com or can be picked up in the Activities office.  Copies will also be available at ticket sales.  Fill out the form completely and pay in full using exact cash, check or credit card.  You can purchase up to 4 (four) tickets per person at ticket sales.  Additional tickets can be purchased in the Activities office following the intial ticket offering.
 
How can I pay for the tickets?
We accept exact cash, check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to "Avatar Properties Inc".
 
How do I return Lifestyles Activities event tickets?
Tickets may be returned in the Activities office up to 5 (five) days prior to the day of the event, for a credit towards a future Activities event. There are no cash refunds. If the refund request is made less than 5 (five) days prior to the event, and there is a waiting list, Activities will provide you the name of the next Solivita resident on the list for you to contact and arrange  purchase of your ticket.
 
Can I purchase event tickets for my guests?
In the "Event" section of the newsletter, the Activities Department identifies which events are for RESIDENTS ONLY and which events are open to guests.  Events that have limited space or that tend to sell out quickly are limited to residents only.  If tickets haven't sold out to an event that was closed to guests, a notification will be made that it is now open to guests.
 
Can non-Solivita residents purchase tickets for events?
No, tickets can only be purchased by Solivita residents.
 
What is the cut off day for purchasing tickets?
Up to 3 (three) days prior to the event, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm in the Activities Office.
 
Can I purchase tickets at the door for an event?
No, tickets must be purchased at least 3 (three) days prior to the event.
 
Can I bring in food or drink to events?
Food isn't permitted unless the Activities Department has specifically identified the event as allowing outside food. For example, some events allow for you to bring in treats to share with your table.  Carry in drinks are never permitted.  This is announced in the "Events" section of the newsletter.
 
How can I find out about Solivita Clubs?
Go to the "Get Connected" icon at the top of the website, click on Clubs and then search by name.
