Meet Your New Executive Chef, Adam Tremblay

Hi Members and Solivita Residents!

 My name is Adam Tremblay. I am very excited to have been named, Executive Chef!  As I transition into my new role, I have provided you with some information below so you can learn more about me!

 I am originally from Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I have been married to my beautiful wife Allison for 19 years and have a wonderful 10-year-old son, Logan.  I have been residing in Florida for the past 20 years and have had the opportunity to work for the best convention hotels and resorts around.  

 I began my career working at the Walt Disney Resorts specialized culinary programs that were full service restaurants; such as Magic Kingdom and the Grand Floridian Resort.  I was lucky enough to be one of the first teams to take part in creating the amazing gingerbread house that is displayed during Christmas time at the Grand Floridian Resort.  In addition, I opened the Gaylord Palms Resort where I had a chance to work at all their locations.  I then moved on to the Rosen Shingle Creek where I operated at 3 of their locations. Later, I became the Chef De Cuisine and Banquet Chef at Orange Lake Resorts.

 My role as the Chef at Florida Hospital in Celebration is where I learned about special diets and healing with food from within. I also operated a Tapas restaurant located in Celebration, and the private court side clubs for the Orlando Magic. 

 Recently, I left Cinepolis, a movie theater company known for their luxury dine-in concept all over the world to fulfill the Executive Chef position here at Solivita for Stonegate Golf Club. 

 As a Canadian I love Hockey (Go Bolts!) and in my free time I enjoy working on projects in my wood shop. As a former Boy Scout leader, I like taking kids out and teaching them about the outdoors and wildlife. I look forward to my next adventure here at Solivita and can't wait to meet each of you.
